The nature of the business changed in the early 1950’s to more custom roll forming and metal fabrication. The company name was changed to Sager Metal Strip Company. In 1987, Sager moved from Chicago to its current location at 100 Boone Drive in Michigan City, Indiana.
In the early 1990’s, Sager began an effort to increase and diversify its customer base. Today, Sager’s products and services make Sager one of the leading suppliers of conveying equipment to can manufacturers and other customers around the world.
