Sager’s PET-air conveyor provides reliable, neck-guided air conveying of PET bottles. Air pressure is applied to the side of the neck to achieve gentle conveying and to ensure that the product remains contaminant-free. Multiple bottle diameters and shapes are accommodated through the use of manually or pneumatically adjustable side guides. As in the mass-air conveyor, smooth product flow is achieved through the precise control of plenum air pressure with an adjustable damper system.
